”How to be an Explorer of the World” is an interactive guide for observing, exploring and analyzing the world in a particularly way. In this special book, there are exercises you can do, they are open to interpretation and don’t have any rules.

My first exploration is #8: CRACKS, MAP OUT PAVEMENT CRACKS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

I interpreted this exercise to look at things I normally wouldn’t look at, I choose to observe all the eyes on the trees in the forest. When I suddenly begin to pay attention to one eye, I couldn’t stop looking at other eyes. It was like the trees were following me; every eye was looking at me.

It’s a strange feeling to see these objects everywhere while you first never really looked at it. Nowadays I see them EVERYWHERE.

(Because the eyes were everywhere I decided not to map them out)
